The Golden Garland Decorative Motif was influenced by Persian Art. The William Morris stained glass partnership with Edward Burne-Jones produced works of a very high order, and a very distinctive Pre-Raphaelite style - rich in colour - harking back to the medieval glass common in European cathedrals and churches before much of its destruction in the 16th and 17th centuries.

Window Roundels are round glass decorations designed to hang in a window of the home. Various sizes of Roundel are produced by hand-printing or hand-painting directly onto the glass. The Window Art Roundels are framed with traditional stained glass lead, and hung with trace chain. All products are supplied with window suction cups. It is recommended to apply a smear of egg white on the back of the window suction cups to prevent them drying out in double glazed and drier window conditions. Constant strong sunlight should be avoided. Roundels are 7mm thick, including the rim.

Supplied in a fine burgundy gift box.
