Customers can pay for goods either online by credit card using World Pay's secure site or by printing the order form and mailing together with a cheque payable to Celtic Glass Designs. Both methods of payment will be confirmed by e-mail. All prices are in £ sterling inclusive of VAT at the current rate, but this is refunded at the checkout to non-EU customers ordering goods to be delivered to non-EU countries.

We aim to deliver most goods within 3-5 days in the UK and 5-8 days overseas.
Hand-painted glassware items, including champagne flutes, water sets, wine glasses, goblets, bowls, dram glasses, candle holders, coffee glasses and tumblers, are made to order and so delivery may be up to 7 days in the UK and 14 days for overseas orders. Stained glass gifts are not made to order and so are included in the normal delivery times.

Postage and packing depends on weight and delivery zone (UK, European Union, Rest of Europe and Rest of World), and is calculated at the checkout. UK postage is FREE for orders under 100g.
We guarantee to the customer our goods to be in good order. Each piece of glassware is checked twice during production. However, in the event of faulty goods or breakages please inform us immediately by e-mail or telephone and state whether a replacement, credit or refund is required. Please do so within 14 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our aim is to satisfy our customers.
Customer Services and Complaints Procedure
For customers who wish to check any aspect of our product or service please contact Beverley Gallagher by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01205 761461 Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. who will endeavour to resolve any query or complaint speedily within 5 working days. Our aim is to effectively resolve any customer complaint.
The customer has the right to cancel the order. Cancellation must be within 7 working days from receipt of the goods starting from the day after the goods are received. The goods must be intact and resaleable. The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. All items detailed on the invoice including FREE items must be returned intact. A refund for the amount, less the cost of carriage, will be made within 30 days via Worldpay or cheque, according to whichever method of payment was originally used.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and operate within the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We will not share your data with any other organisations, unless obliged to by applicable laws or regulations, with the exception of certain third party service providers with whom we share data (including Personal Data), because we employ them to perform tasks on our behalf. These service providers include payment processing providers (such as WorldPay), email service providers (such as SendGrid), website analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), and other service providers from time to time. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely.
We collect information from you to process and confirm your order, including your name, email address, telephone number and address, and the name and address for the delivery. We pass your name and address on to WorldPay for payment processing.
If you have opted to join our mailing list, we pass your name and email address to MailChimp. We use the MailChimp mailing list to email you with our special offers and other news. If at any time you wish to withdraw from this service please fill in this form or follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of all our emails.
